My Ideas On Awesome Battle Royal In Path Of Exile

In Path of Exile, do you like Royale Battle? I love it. GGG created a 100 player free-for-all battleground game mode called Path of Exile: Royale, for April Fool’s day joke this year.

I think that the mode is fun because it is a mad scramble for gear and tests your ability to efficiently make use of what you find while testing your micro and macro as you manage your inventory, gain xp, and pay attention to your map and surroundings.

Path of Exile

Removing level restrictions on gear lessens the test of your micro ability of gaining XP and managing what you find to make you the strongest with what you can use.

If the mode stays it just needs some skill balancing like split arrow range cap reduced and maybe a lower PvP scaling coefficient on frost blades. Otherwise it is pretty much perfect for PoE as is right now, maybe meaningful rewards too, like leo XP and character MTX’s.

Here are some suggestions. I honestly think royale would solve the pvp issue in this game:

1. Auto generate random passive skill tree and then leave it up to the player to find gear to match the tree.

2. Or have full passive builds as orb to pickups in the royale maps – Kinda like how robocraft royale you able to just join random vehicle builds.

3. No lvl limit on items, what you find your able to equip no lvl restrictions.

4. Bigger map, and monsters more spread out seems to many monsters.

5. Keep the same character, so we don’t have to keep making a new one.

6. Arrow skills limit range so its more balanced with other skills aka split arrow is royal meta.

7. Flask more common and with no level restrictions.

Random passive tree – bad, removes the ability of players to adapt to what they find and just adds another layer of RNG (oh cool, got frost blades and screaming eagle, too bad my tree gave me 2 projectile nodes and 3 dex nodes). What’s your opinions?

Why Hydra Is The Best Boss Fight In PoE?

Guardian of the Hydrais the map boss for the Lair of the Hydra Map in Path of Exile. She is one of the four Guardians of the Void. And I think Hydra is the best boss fight in the game. I do not know what other players think, but following are reasons why I think Hydra is the best boss fight:

Path of Exile

1. Doesn’t fill the arena with loads of hard to see bullshit (Malachai, Kitava).

2. Has well telegraphed attacks that can actually be read and avoided (Kitava).

3. Phases aren’t boring slogs in the middle of the fight (Shakari, Waterways boss, Brine king).

4. Arena hazards are fun to interact with and actually add to the fight instead of being a major annoyance (Eradicator).

5. Fight starts instantly (Vaal twins).

6. Arena has clear bounds (Elder).

Whenever I die to Hydra I feel like it’s my fault for positioning stupidly or missing a cue, unlike most bosses. More like this please, GGG.

One player said that while the fight itself is well designed in his opinion he still don’t like that you have to fight him (and Doedre and Shavronne) so many times.

He mean there’s three of each in the storyline and then again each one three times (including core) in the maps. While some other bosses (Deep Dweller, Flame Golem, first form Fidelitas? Plague Retch, the Animal Pack) just don’t appear on maps at all.

What’s your opinion? Do you think Hydra is the best boss fight in Path of Exile?

Path Of Exile Is Doing More Works And Preparing

The developers of Path of Exile are constantly busy adapting and improving the current Bestiary league. At intervals of only a few days, hotfixes and patches will fix the bugs, install new features or, for example, increase the incidence of yellow & red (Legendary) beasts.

path

Further improvements to the Bestiary League

In today’s blog post, the team at GGG presents the plans for the near future. The focus is currently on patch 3.2.1b, which will be released this week. The team is mainly concerned with the rewards of the rare, yellow and legendary red beasts. These do not always correspond to the correct ratio of effort and rarity. The red beasts should not become more frequent now, first the yellow ones are improved and should be more value, than only a point on the minimap one ignores.

The yellow beasts should now be more challenging and also serve as ingredients for new recipes. Among other unique talismans, Orbs of Horizons and Harbinger’s Orbs.

The team also has other improvements in the works such as an overview of which beasts belong to the recipe. So that sacrificing the Blood Altar is no longer a guessing game. These changes will come as soon as they are done.

Furthermore, the Path of Exile developers keep an eye on community feedback all the time and also watch social media channels like Reddit.

Path of Exile – Update 3.3 in progress

As a footnote it should be mentioned that part of the team is already taking care of the next big update 3.3.0 and the corresponding league. There should also be the general feedback regarding rewards in the leagues.

Do You Know The Legendary Beast Spawn In PoE

In Path of Exile, chris said, “people who play just half an hour a day can enjoy these fights before the league ends”, Got curious about actual spawn rates of portal stupids after seeing the statement. 5hrs per day X 90 days = 45hrs, I believe Chris was exaggerating. Sure you could get into t13s in 45 hrs, but no way could you get all portals.

I’ve played at least 3 hrs a day since league launch, typically 4-6 and have yet to see a portal beast. Cost of red maps is rather prohibitive, especially for someone playing this little time (literally no currency to even use trade channel).

Path of Exile

The only way I can see this working if you spend 45hrs in the lab (granted you spend no more than 10minutes per run withj full keys) and then use accumulated currency to straight out buy the beasts but in no way encountering them during mapping.

If you haven’t broken into Reds, you won’t see them. Any time spent before that can’t be applied to a discussion of spawn rates being too high or too low. I, personally, found two this week. Yes, I play a lot, but we’re all of a few weeks into the league. As you do nothing but chain reds all day, I’m betting you’ll find your four.

Are you sextanting and using vaal orbs or zana mods? For T15’s it’s extremely worth it to invest everything you can, because a single extra +0 or +1 map drop refunds any amount of currency investment you’ve made. Not to mention all the other goodies you can get besides maps from having more mobs and frills on your maps.

For T15’s, I will chisel, alch, and chaos maps that start with poor quantity/size. If I hit beyond, I roll double beyond. If the rolls are worth keeping but don’t have synergy with any Zana mods, I will Vaal. If the rolls have synergy with Zana mods and/or sextants, I don’t vaal and use Zana (often use fortune favors the brave here unless I really want a specific mod combo).

Oh I also forgot to mention, use prophecies. You should always have full prophecies and you should be using your silver coins to seal undesirable ones: use beastcrafting recipe to refill your prophecies so you have plenty of coins for sealing. Prophecies can be great in adding returns to your map. Buying certain prophecies is another good way to increase the expected value from a T15 map.

Finally, always kill the boss. I don’t run T15’s if my character isn’t capable of killing the boss cleanly, because it’s a huge portion of the expected value from a T15 due to the high chance of more T15’s or T16’s. If you’re doing all of those things and still not getting 25c+ on average from your T15’s, then you’re just suffering from some bad RNG. Keep at it and you’ll eventually start making a profit.

Effective Tips When You Build Poet’s Pen In PoE

In Path of Exile, maybe a point to a good guide or something. I have never dipped my feet in the Poets pool, but it seems quite fun and I am at a point where I am ready to start my second character.

So, I found a PoB tree, they went elementalist (it was the 1 hardcore ele. They rip’d then proceeded to down guardians/shaper/Chalupa after getting into standard with the same gear). So, would elementalist be the way? I want something that can do harder content, so I don’t want a glass canon “Can’t Stop Won’t Stop Zoom Zoom” speed build or anything.

Path of Exile

I saw some advice of collectors of path of exile currency in the forum, I want to share this with players who are as confused as I am:

1. If you don’t wanna be glass, I don’t think ele is a good choice, Trickster might be a good place to look actually.

2. I assume you are going the VD/unearth spec that is most popular? I played that twice during the last league, once as an ele to 90, and once as a zerker to around 90 as well.

3. Zerker is obviously dead now, And I think ele is a damage house right now despite the memes, but her defense is non existant. And pens builds don’t use shields or have movement skills that are good.

4. Trickster gets a bit of dodge, tons of evasion/ES and that chaos damage node will help make up for no damage.

5. Otherwise, Inquis is very good too. I played a pens inquis with ice spells to 88, not as good as VD, but way faster mapper. He works for VD too.

6. Essentially the biggest problem with pens builds isn’t the damage, but the lack of defenses, so I think you need to consider a ascendancy that can get you some tankiness.

Hopefully the above guide will be helpful to you. If you do not want to lag behind others due to lack of orbs, you can buy poe orbs on U4GM.

What Are The Ailments In Path Of Exile

In Path of Exile, ailments are very similar to debuffs, an ailment is a detrimental effect associated with one or more damage types – physical, chaos, cold, lightning and fire. Collectors of path of exile currency may know, each damage type can inflict one or several ailments.

Path of Exile

Freeze (associated with cold damage) – when affected by freeze, the target cannot perform any actions. You should always have a way to counter freeze because it can be extremely dangerous. Unless you are wearing Dream Fragments unique item or other items that prevent you from being frozen, carrying a flask with freeze removal mod is the best option to counter this ailment.

Ignite (associated with fire damage) – when affected by ignite, target burns and takes fire damage over time.

Shock (associated with lightning damage) – when affected by shock, the target takes increased damage from all sources.

Chill (associated with cold damage) – when affected by chill, the target has reduced movement, attack, and cast speed.

Poison (associated with physical and chaos damage) – this ailment makes you take chaos damage over time. Poison ailment is a stacking one, that means there can be more than 1 instance of poison on you. To counter it, take a flask with poison removal with you, but from my experience, this ailment isn’t that dangerous to have a special flask for.

Bleed (associated with physical damage) – this is pretty nasty ailment that some monsters can inflict on you. Bleed makes you take physical damage over time. While you are under effects of bleed, you take considerably more damage while moving and a lot of characters die that way. Best way to deal with bleed for most builds is flask that removes bleed in combination with having the presence of mind to stand still while the debuff is on you (if the flask is empty).

I Enjoyed Diablo 3 But I Love Path Of Exile: Much More Engaging

Path of Exile, the game works very well. The visuals and music are good. The base game never changes much, so if you like the combat and don’t mind grinding, you could be playing this game for hundreds, if not a thousand+ hours. In many ways, this is the game Diablo III should’ve been when it came out. I enjoyed Diablo 3 but I love Path of Exile. Much more engaging. So much fun. And even after the story is over, there is more and more content. All for free! At U4GM, you can buy exalted orbs at ease.

Path of Exile

The game offers quite the replay value. Since there is so much to do build wise, and so many more options when you factor in Unique items that have special abilities. This allows for an even greater amount of builds you can come up with. Path of Exile might be the last great bastion for ARPG players. It has the widest array of features on the market today, and if you’re looking for a good dungeon crawler, there’s no real reason not to give it a shot. You have nothing to lose, other than maybe your mind.

Path of Exile is an excellent addition to the ARPG roster. Easily competing with the likes of Diablo and Torchlight. This independent hack-and-slasher manages to surpass its idols, while carving out its own particular niche; and with an asking price of nothing, there is absolutely no reason why you shouldn’t check it out: Path of Exile is the hidden gem of the year. Path of Exile, is now available on Xbox One and PC.

This game is tons of fun. The ultimate monster and mob killing game. 60 hours (single play through) never went by so quickly. Your character levels and you gain skills at a similar rate to the enemy difficulty increase. I’m so fully committed to Path of Exile that I’ve spent a bit of coin myself, and my witch is only one of many wayfarers I intend to guide through Wraeclast. Many mysteries still await me, even in the savage regions I’ve already charted. For information on the game, you can find more at here.

How To Keep Alive When Play HC In PoE Bestiary League

In Path of Exile, do you want to play HC in Bestiary League? And is it your first real experience with the hardcore gameplay? If your answer is yes, the following are the tips that how to keep alive when you play HC in Bestiary League. I hope it will help most of the collectors of path of exile orbs.

Path of Exile

1. Prioritize health on gear and life nodes. Damage on gear/tree aren’t that important til maps. I’m usually trying for 1000 by the end of A3 and 2000 – 2500 by the A5 Innocence fight.

2. I usually try to cap resists by Piety in A3.

3. Don’t neglect your weapon if you’re melee. If you kill things quickly that is less opportunity for them to kill you.

4. Always identify chests when opening. Or at the very least, have a freeze flask ready to pop and get away from the chest after you open it quickly.

5. Overlevel content until you get used to playing safe. Don’t worry about going fast at first. It’s very frustrating to lose a character. Much more frustrating than going slow.

6. Don’t loot before everything around you is dead. Don’t talk to other people in chat if there is a remote chance that anything is around you. Don’t afk anywhere but town/your hideout.

7. Go in with the assumption your character is going to die at some point. Your goal is to build your overall wealth in the league.

8. Log out if you see anything funky going on with the game. Short bursts of lag, glitchy stuff on the screen, etc… Can be a sign that there will be a crash.

9. Always use a Granite as soon as you can at lvl 30. Quality it up when you can and out increased duration + increased armour during flask effect. Basalt + Granite at 40.

10. Don’t feel forced to fight gods later on when you are stronger.

11. Pick up life nodes more frequently, you’ll want around 180% + on your tree.

12. Fortify is also your best friend, use it as soon as you hit library, combines with granite you start to take 0 damage from most.

Hopefully the above guide will be helpful to you. If you do not want to lag behind others due to lack of orbs, you can buy poe currency on U4GM.

What Items Do You Need When You Level PoE Witch

The Witch is Path of Exile’s pure intelligence class, making her an unmatched master of the elemental and dark arts. When players leveling a specific class they can always fall back on generic leveling poe items.

When you level Witch, before you get into your specific builds, you’re going to want some generic leveling items. They aren’t necessary, but they will make your life a lot easier. If you’ve played much Path of Exile you’ll know these items off by heart, and probably have a set already.

Path of Exile

For the body, get a Tabula Rasa; this is pretty standard stuff. If you have money to burn, grab a +1 to level a socketed gems version. It’ll be about five times as expensive, but it’ll give you a nice boost to leveling up, particularly as a spellcaster. It will also let you use multiple wands (and not be limited to Lifesprigs) if you want to. As for weapons, you will want to get dual wield Lifesprigs. Despite being level one wands, these will take you all the way to maps if you don’t want to replace them. Early on, they are great to put your gems in, because of the +1 to level.

For a helmet, get a Goldrim. These are cheap and give up to 40% to all elemental resistances. This is huge, and will easily carry you to maps. For your boots and gloves you’ll want Wanderlust and Lochtonials, respectively. These are both really good starter items, but you’ll want to replace them once you get to Act Six for new gear with resists. For your belt, we recommend Darkness Enthroned with two jewels that have flat damage to spells on them. This alone will put your damage through the roof.

Jewellery can be difficult to pick, but the best option for easy leveling is to get two Haku rings. These are rings that grant flat reduced mana on every spell you cast. With two of them, you’ll rarely spend mana before going to a four or five link. This lets you add lots of links without screwing yourself over. Your amulet is more or less up to you. Karui Ward is a great option if you’re using a projectile, but otherwise just go for raw stats. Lastly, make sure you have at least two Quicksilvers for, well, moving fast.

Hopefully the above guide will be helpful to you. If you do not want to lag behind others due to lack of orbs, you can buy poe orbs on U4GM.
